IMPORTANT IMFORMATION:
- We mirror and images for all customers unless otherwise specified.
- Sizes are determined based on the longest side of the image.
- If you need design help, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.+
- Be sure to include the size of the print you need. For example, different tumblers have differing dimensions and we need to know the height and the circumference of the tumbler. For shirts we will need to either know the size of the shirt or the overall width you wish for the image (must be within 8.25 x 13.75 in)
- We do custom design work if you have an idea but need some help creating the image.
**Sublimation transfers do not work on 100% cotton or dark colored substrates, please be sure you are using the correct medium/ temperature/ and equipment. We are not responsible for defects related to the sublimation process/equipment.
**Sublimation is made for lightly colored polyester or approved sublimation blanks.
**We only guarantee our transfer with 65% polyester, or higher – other mediums or methods may work, but should be researched and tested at your own risk.
**Please keep in mind that sublimation does not print white. Anywhere your design has the color white, it will show through to the color of the substrate you are pressing on.
**We can print any image that you have the rights to use.
**We do not have the rights to print trademarked images, we assume our customers have permission to use the images they send to us.
AFTER ORDERING:
- Please check your email frequently, communication helps us ensure we are providing the best product and experience possible
- You can expect your transfers to arrive in approximately 1 week depending on the US postal service. If you need your transfers rushed, please reach out to get approval via email.
