    These boo boo bags are an excellent way to help with all of life’s aches and pains.
    They currently come in 2 sizes; Small (3.5″ x 5.5″) & Large (5.5″ x 15″) and are filled with rice.

    They are made with 100% cotton fabric and are double sewn.

    How to use your Hot/Cold Packs:

    -COOL IN THE FREEZER
    This is a great way to relieve tension, headaches, fever, sore muscles and to help reduce swelling.
    Place in a freezer (in a freezer bag or zip lock to keep your packs fresh) for about 20 minutes before use, or keep in freezer between each use.

    -WARM IN THE MICROWAVE
    Warm in the microwave in 15 second intervals. I would warn you to not let it get too hot. I prefer 15 seconds on one side and then flip and do 15 seconds on the other side. Be cautious of getting your pack too warm, or burning the fabric in the microwave.
    The rice inside these pillows are great for holding onto heat for an extended period.
